Paris by day and by night are two different cities. During the day, it's bright, busy, and sometimes noisy. In the evening, everything changes: the lights come on, the lights reflect in shop windows and on the Seine, and familiar places take on a new look. That's exactly what my evening Paris tour with a Seine River cruise is all about. On this tour, I show you Paris at its most beautiful time of day, when architecture, light, and water combine to create a truly warm atmosphere.
What will you see on a tour of evening Paris? The tour takes place in a comfortable, luxury Mercedes Classe V minivan. I'll pick you up at your designated location in Paris, and we'll begin our tour of the city at dusk, as the lights gradually intensify.
We'll drive along the Champs-Élysées, reach the Arc de Triomphe, and admire the Palais de Chaillot and the Eiffel Tower, which looks completely different in the evening than during the day. We'll also pass by the Île de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall, the Louvre, and the Place de la Concorde. You may have already seen all these places in the daylight, but in the evening they create a completely different impression: they add depth, softness, and a touch of fairytale. At the midpoint of our journey, we'll take a river cruise on the Seine.
This tour isn't about speed or destinations. It's about sensation: a light breeze, the splash of water, and the feeling that you've temporarily fallen out of your usual rhythm and are simply observing a city that can be simultaneously alive and eternal.
